Trout Pond

Riverbay Estates is tucked in the northwest corner of historic seaside Chatham on the elbow of Cape Cod. Set along the southeastern banks of the Monomoy River, Riverbay today is a vibrant residential community highlighted by natural beauty, privacy and tranquility. Here a mix of age groups enjoy living in a variety of understated home styles. Chatham has much to offer those who live here-- an excellent school system, an active civic community, a charming village center. Golf courses, art galleries, theatre (both summer and year-round), concerts and a multitude of restaurants and shops tempt residents and visitors alike. And, of course, we have “water, water everywhere.” Both salt and freshwater beaches for swimming, boating and fishing are nearby.
